Riot it consists in a gorgeous black jelly loaded with tons of glitters in various shapes and sizes in colors such as pink, orange, red, yellow and teal. This was one coat over Sinful Colors Whipped and sealed with Seche Vite Top coat! Application & formula just great the glitters dispersed evenly! Love it!
