A Beautiful Mess is a lovely blue crelly loaded with tons of glitters in various shapes and sizes. In colors such as light purple, gold, silver and teal! Shown here this was two coats over KB Shimmer "I'd Rather Be with Blue" and sealed with Seche Vite top coat! Application was perfectly smooth and the glitters dispersed evenly. Great formula also! Very pretty glitter combination!
