Jelly Fish II is a lovely light beige crelly loaded with tons of micro glitters in colors such as light purple, navy, and gold! Shown here this was two thin coats over She Nail Polish White Chocolate and sealed with Seche Vite top coat! Application & formula are perfect! The glitters disperse evenly! Also it glows in the dark!
