Spring To Life is part of Laquerlicious Swing Into Spring collection!! It's a puurty soft crelly pink base loaded with tons of matte glitters in various shapes and sizes in colors such as neon pink, purple, light purple, teal, and yellow! Shown here this was two thin coats over a pretty pink by Love & Beauty and sealed with Seche Vite top coat! Application was smooth the glitters dispersed evenly! Formula is perfect for this lovely combo! Oh and before I forget some of the matte glitters glow under black light!
