Midnight Bloom is a pretty unique combination it consists in a dark gray base almost black. Packed with tons of rose pink glitters in various shapes and sizes. Shown here this was two coats over black base Sally Hansen Black Out sealed with Seche Vite top coat! Application was smooth and even distribution of glitters. Loving the formula on this one! Pretty and just really a Midnight Bloom.
