Demeter is part of Black Cat Lacquer Goddess Spring collection. It consists in a light aqua base and loaded with metallic holo aqua glitters. Gorgeous shown here this was two coats over Island Girl Surfer Girl and sealed with Seche Vite top coat. Application was smooth and a great distribution of glitters with every coat! Loving the formula! I'm in love its so puurty
