Into The Tropics is a bright colorful glitter topper! It consist in a clear base packed with tons of matte glitters in various shapes such as hexes, squares, and even diamonds in some fun colors such as neon pink, yellow, white, and gray. Shown here this was two coats over nude base Stripped by Black Cat Lacquer and sealed with Seche Vite top coat! Application was smooth with an even distribution of glitters with every coat! I love this one the matte glitters glow under black light!
