Shooting Stars is a very pretty pastel blue loaded with such a fun neon glitter mix in matte glitters in colors such as neon blue, neon pink, and neon green! It's so fun I love it! Show here this was one coat over Sinful Colors Sugar Rush and sealed with Seche Vite top coat! Application as well as the formula never disappointed always love Michelles work! Also glows under black light the matte glitters!
