Whistling Winds is a beautiful pastel blue loaded with just the right amount of silver, purple and teal hex glitters. Shown here this was just one coat over Sinful Colors Sugar Coat and sealed with Seche Vite top coat. Application was smooth and a perfection distribution of glitters for a just one coat. First time trying some Drip Drop Nail Paint and the formula is just right not to thick and not to thin just perfect!
