Got Snow Cones? Is part of Dollish Polish "We All Scream for Ice Cream" spring collection! It's a fun white crelly base loaded with variety of rainbow colors glitter in circles and hexes. A pretty fun combination! Seen here this was two coat over She Nail Polish "White Chocolate" and sealed with Seche Vite top coat! First time trying Dollish Polish and well application was perfectly smooth formula just great no dragging nor pulling.
