Dahlia To the Max is a very pretty thermal its loaded with blue micro glitters and flecks and shimmer scattered through out. It's a pretty purple when cold but when warm its white making the micro glitters visible. Shown here three coats plus top. Application was perfectly smooth and loving the formula on this one!
