Silver Lining is part of the Legion Lacquer Spring Collection its a pretty unique combination in silver base with a dense shimmer along with micro holo glitters and hexes in pretty colors such as pink and blue. Seen here this was two thin coats alone plus top coat. Application as always with Legion Lacquer perfection with and even distribution of glitters with what a great formula. Very pretty I love it!
