Persephone is part of the Goddess Spring Collection by Black Cat Lacquer its a beautiful lavander jelly base loaded with a tad bit darker shade of purple like a violet. A beauty shown here this was two thin coats over Sinful Colors Sweet Tooth and sealed with Seche Vite top coat! First time trying Black Cat Lacquer and what can I say I'm in love! Application was perfection and formula just great the glitters dispersed evenly! I'm in love
