Sky Diving is a very fun colorfull glitter topper! It consists in a clear base loaded with tons of neon matte & holographic glitters in various shapes and sizes! Shown here this was two thin coats over Sinful Colors Whipped and sealed with Seche Vite top coat! Application was perfection the glitters dispersed evenly the formula is perfect! I'm in love with this one!!
