Chelsea Girl its a bright cream blue! Even thought I felt like this one was thinner than the rest and could pass off as a crelly! It's the perfect shade of blue I have come across! Shown here this was three thin coats alone no undies and sealed with Seche Vite top coat! Application was perfectly smooth and what a great formula Color Club has on there lacquers! Also part of the Poptastic Collection!!
