Miss Scarlet is a gorgeous red loaded with violet shimmer! It's so vibrant and beautiful! It could be that I'm a sucker for red polish but this one is perfect! This was two thin coats alone no base coat and sealed with Seche Vite top coat! Application was smooth and perfect what a great formula!
