All Elf'd Up is a white crelly, loaded with tons of glitters in various shapes, sizes, and colors. In especially Christmas colors red, green, and white. This was one thin coat over undies Sally Hansen "White On" and sealed with Seche Vite top coat! Application was perfect glitters dispersed evenly. Such a pretty crelly!
