I saved the best for last....
This is the perfect polish for Halloween! This black jelly sparkles with glitters in the shade of purple, fuchsia, and orange. Took one good generous coat, with the base coat (undies) being Sinful Colors "Whipped" and I did add Seche Vite top coat.
